2001
It is August 2001 when Dr Antonio Conto, after 13 years of experience within an Italian CRO decides to follow the winds of innovation. He founds ChemSafe, a company aiming to provide technical-scientific support and regulatory services in the field of chemistry.
2006
ChemSafe’s consultancy begin to be highly appreciated and sought after both in Italy and abroad. Its success is thanks to the foresight of its founder, who transfers his knowledge and experience to all his collaborators. Chemsafe raises the level of expertise offered to national and international clients.
2010 - 2016
Within 10 years, the company had grown and broadened its horizons by extending its regulatory consultancy activities to the major areas of life sciences. In 2015, 2 Business Units dedicated to the chemical and pharmaceutical sectors are officially established, each one coordinated and managed by a Senior Scientist.
2018
The Medical Devices Business Unit is established to support the enforcement of regulatory updates in the sector. The high standards of efficiency and reliability achieved over the years, the constant search for quality, the problem-solving ability and the spirit of innovation shared by the entire team strengthen Chemsafe’s role as a benchmark in the European regulatory landscape.
2020 - today
The fourth Business Unit, the one dedicated to the food chain, is founded. The company’s business continues to grow globally and is now supported by trusted partners and an extensive network of national and international collaborators and laboratories. ChemSafe is now increasingly looking overseas, dreaming of the Americas.
